WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment by cash, credit card or paypal & apple pay is accepted.
Items must be paid in full before items ship.
NET30 is will be available soon.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE?
• Shipping charges will be added to invoice.
• Free shipping is offered on orders of $500 (not including mugs or international orders)
• Orders ship from Houston within 5-14 business depending on items. We only ship wholesale packages via USPS or UPS.
•Orders are subject to availability.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR WHOLESALE VENDORS?
• Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
• Refund will be granted upon receipt of returned goods after inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to process.
• All returns or exchanges must be made within two weeks of receipt of goods.
•Apparel goods must be unworn and all original & official SG&Co.™ tags in place from original shipment.
•Stationary, sticker, buttons and keychains must not be damaged in any way or + have any liquid damages and have all original pieces attached. All giveaways packages to accompany goods sold to your customers with order must be returned with R&E shipment.
• We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, but we will work with you + the shipper to get any issues resolved as soon as possible and fresh goods out to you. Please report any product damages within 3 days of when the shipment is received.
• 10% restocking fee will be applied.
